In order to enable us to quickly find your Smilebox account, please provide the following details:
- The email address used to create your Smilebox account.
- The full name on the credit card used to subscribe.
- The date and amount of the charge, if you are requesting a refund.
- Any information, e.g. a screenshot that will help us to solve your query as fast as possible.
Our customer support team are available Monday-Friday from 9-6pm (GMT+2) and reduced hours on weekends.
We aim to respond to all requests received during this time, within 24 hours.
