In order to enable us to quickly find your Smilebox account, please provide the following details:
- Email Address used to create your Smilebox account.
- Full Name on the Credit Card used to subscribe to either our Premium of Business memberships.
- Date and amount of the charge if you are requesting a refund.
- Any information, e.g. a screenshot that will help us to understand and solve your query as fast as possible.
We also have a community knowledge base, where you can feel free to post a question and see if other users are able to help you.
Our customer support team are available Monday-Friday.
We hope to answer all requests within 24 hours during the work week.
We work reduced hours over the weekend.
