To enable us to find your Smilebox account, please provide the following details:
- The email address used to create your Smilebox account.
- The full name on the credit card used to subscribe for a membership.
- The date and amount of the charge, if you are requesting a refund.
- Any additional information, e.g. a screenshot, that will help us to solve your query as fast as possible.
Our customer support team are available Monday-Friday from 9-6pm (GMT+2) and reduced hours on weekends. We aim to respond to all requests received during business hours, within 48 hours.
Response time to emails sent during weekends or on public holidays may take longer.
