Sharing your creation with a group of contacts is easy with our email share option.
When you're ready to share your creation, click Share at the top of the editor to go to the Share page. There are four options you can choose from to upload a list of email addresses:
- Address Book
- Email List
- Import File (csv.)
- Webmail Import
1. Address Book
The 'Address Book' contains all the email addresses you have entered in the RSVP feature in the past. If you are using the RSVP feature for the first time, you will not have any addresses there.
The Address Book is useful when arranging parties for your family when you have a similar guestlist as past events; then you can go directly to your Address Book and highlight the family, friends, and colleagues you would like to invite without having to upload them each time.
2. Email List
Copy the layout shown in the example below, by adding the guest's name and email address separated by either a comma or line break. You can copy and paste from Word, Notepad, or Excel.
3. Import File
You need to upload a CSV file. You can do this using an Excel spreadsheet by choosing "Save As" and in the "Save as type" field select (.csv) file. You can also download the template and fill it in. Add the names and email addresses in two columns. You can add up to 2,000 guests.
4. Webmail Import
You can link directly to your Gmail or Outlook account and import your saved addresses to Smilebox.
