- The email address used to create your Smilebox account - IMPORTANT
- The full name on the credit card used to purchase the subscription.
- The date and amount of the charge if you are requesting a refund.
- Any additional information will help us solve your query as quickly as possible, e.g., a screenshot.
Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday from 9 to 6 pm (GMT+2) and reduced hours on weekends. We aim to respond to all requests received during business hours within 48 hours.
Please keep in mind that the response time to emails sent on weekends or public holidays may increase, but we will definitely get back to you with the best solution.
