When you send a creation, a banner will cross the top of the screen stating success it was sent.
Also, you can check the My Creations page.
Click the My Creations icon on the upper right toolbar of the homepage.
You can view all your creations from the My Creations page, as well as review what stage your creation is at; e.g. Continue Editing, ready to Share/Sent or Shared.
