If you encounter an “Oops something went wrong” error message, this usually has to do with the cache and cookie files that your browser stores.
When you use a browser, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies.
If the issue persists after clearing the cache and cookies, you need to contact our Customer Support department, so that they can assist you.
Please provide the following information:
- Your account email.
- The actions you took before the message had appeared.
- Some preliminaries about your system including the Operating System and the browser you were using.
- If this happened during creation playback, please provide the name of the template and the creation in question.
