1. Email Address used to create your Smilebox account.
2. Full Name on the credit card.
3. Date and amount of the last charge.

Our payment terms are set out in our Terms of Service, which you agree to, upon setting up a Smilebox account.
Subscriptions are billed on an auto-renewal basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
